Windows
Google Chrome
- Click the Wrench icon in the browser toolbar.
- Choose Settings.
- Click the Under the Hood tab.
- Click Content settings in the Privacy section.
- Ensure that the bullet for Allow local data to be set (recommended) is checked.
- Also ensure that "Block third-party cookies and site data" is unchecked.
Mozilla Firefox
- Click the Tools menu from the top toolbar.
- Choose Options.
- Click the Privacy tab.
- Under "History" click Firefox will use custom settings for history from the drop-down menu.
- Ensure that the checkboxes for Accept cookies from sites and Accept third-party cookies are both checked.
- Click OK.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher
- Click the Tools icon in the browser toolbar.
- Choose Internet Options.
- Click the Privacy tab.
- Click Custom level in the Security Level zone.
- Slide the settings button down to Accepts All Cookies or Low.
- Click Apply, and then OK.
Mac OS X
